Jeff Crossland
President and Attorney at Law
Jeff is the driving force behind all phases of the services provided by The Crossland Group with expertise in the areas of investment, retirement, and estate and tax planning. He graduated from Bucknell University magna cum laude in 1982, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He attended law school at George Washington University (GWU), where he served as an editor of the Law Review. He received his juris doctor degree from GWU in 1985. In addition to serving The Crossland Group clients, Jeff maintains a private law practice with an emphasis on estate planning. The proud father of three children, Patrick, Grace, and Daniel, who are busy pursuing their own life paths; Jeff enjoys spending time with his family; is a dedicated Bucknell Bison basketball fan; and is known to enjoy a competitive round of golf.
Linda Skinner
Vice President
Linda, Jeff's wife, is a 1985 graduate of Susquehanna University with a bachelor of science degree in business administration. She joined The Crossland Group in 1993. She provides service support for our investment and tax clients. In addition, she is our licensed point person for information and recommendations on insurance products, including life, disability, and long-term care insurance. Her "non-office" hours are spent serving on several local non-profit boards, and as president of her church council. A warm-weather enthusiast, Linda enjoys gardening, walking, and biking.
Richard I. "Dick" Crossland, Sr.
1926 - 2018
Dick was the visionary founder of The Crossland Group and was responsible for the company's success. After more than 40 years of tireless service to our clients, Dick retired in 2005. He remained an important resource and sounding board for the entire staff even in retirement and up until his death in September 2018. Even after his death, Dick's ideas, values, and discplines about serving clients and being responsive to their financial planning needs and questions remain a cornerstone of what the Crossland Group team strives to deliver.
